Return Policy 

As a small business, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. You will receive the exact same item as a replacement. If you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us at hellokingfisherstudio@gmail.com within 14 days so we can make it right. We will need a photo of the damaged box, of the shipping label on the box and of the damaged item. The candle must be unused and unburned.​

 

We cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be provided in the case of wrong addresses submitted at checkout - please double check your shipping address is correct during checkout.
