By accessing and placing an order with Kingfisher Studio LLC, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Kingfisher Studio LLC.

Kingfisher Studio LLC offers handcrafted candles and related products for sale through our website. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Product colors, sizes, and specifications are approximate and may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of our products.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Sales tax will be charged on orders shipped to addresses within New York State and other states as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States for a flat rate of $8.95. Orders of $50 or more ship for free. Shipping costs are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Candle Safety and Proper Use
IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS:

Never leave a burning candle unattended

Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable materials

Place candles on stable, heat-resistant surfaces away from drafts

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting

Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time

Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains

Never move a burning candle or touch hot wax

By purchasing our candles, you acknowledge these safety warnings and agree to use the products responsibly. Kingfisher Studio is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.

6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: As a small business, we do not offer returns but if you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We will need a photo of the damaged box, of the shipping label on the box and of the damaged item. Candle must be unused and unburned.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Kingfisher Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or website.

8. Allergies and Sensitivities
Our products may contain fragrances and essential oils. We are not responsible for allergic reactions.
